Our hire charges for Newton & Bywell Community Hall are designed to be clear, fair, and accessible for all types of events. Whether you’re planning a community activity, private celebration, meeting, or group session, the rates listed here apply consistently across all days of the week. Hire periods are available between 6am and 10pm, giving you the flexibility to schedule your event at a time that suits you.

A deposit of £200 is payable when the booking is confirmed. The remaining balance to be paid 30 days before the event.
