Wednesday evening Pilates at 6.30pm with Diane from SSFitness.

Pilates promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased joint range of movement. Unlike some types of exercise, Pilates does not over develop some parts of the body and neglect others. We focus on building core strength and training the body as an integrated whole. With over 25 years experience teaching Pilates, Diane can adapt and help you perform to the best of your ability.

All classes and training are endorsed by local Physiotherapists and back care specialists.

Based on the principles of Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit, and named after its creatrix Ana Forrest, Forrest Yoga creates a sense of freedom, connection to Spirit and courage to walk your path.

Learning to breathe deeply and connect to the body with feeling, Forrest Yoga gets you strong and centred by connecting to core and using heat, vigorous workouts and deep breathing to sweat out toxins. Long holds in the poses helps to flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell. Strength and flexibility are not a prerequisite, only a willingness to learn and have a lot of fun!

Classes are held every Thursday evening from 19:15 – 20:15. Please contact Ruth Forster for details.
