Neighbourhood Watch Scheme Information

The Newton & Bywell Neighbourhood Watch scheme is a self-declared community initiative built on neighbours looking out for one another. Our aim is simple: to create a safer, more connected parish by sharing information, raising awareness, and reporting any concerns or suspicious activity promptly. Residents work together and pass details to a designated local contact, who can liaise directly with our established Police contact when needed, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

The scheme covers Newton Village, Beech Close, and Shaw House, bringing these areas together in a shared effort to maintain a safe and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to the community or have lived here for years, your participation and vigilance help make a real difference.
